I made it back on track today, for the most part. I had my usual breakfast (egg beaters, high-fiber english muffin, soy sausage patties, a slice of cheese, and a glass of milk), then for lunch I went to an Au Bon Pain and had a Turkey Cobb salad with fat-free Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing. I should have gotten it without the bacon and gorgonzola cheese, but there wasn't much of either on it and it still wasn't too bad (nutrition-wise). Tonight I had broiled tilapia and some steamed veggies. I also ate a small leftover salad from last night which I shouldn't have had (it had cheese and regular dressing on it) - that was the "for the most part" comment above.
I need to start getting some exercise into my schedule - the question is WHERE. I'm not going to worry about it this week, because it's a short week (traveling this weekend), but next week I have to make it a priority. Today the only cardiac exercise I got was when I saw a mouse in the laundramat and jumped (and screamed, and did the "I saw a mouse!" dance)...
I need to get on here every day and make at least a few notes. So for anyone who reads this, sorry for the minutia, but it's how it has to be for now :)
