Okay, so I weighed myself on Sunday and I didn't lose any weight from the last weigh in, however I did have company and the fact that I didn't gain is a plus so... SCORE!!! LOL!
I stayed at 263.8 lbs. That's fine...

Back to eating healthy and making better choices. Adding in exercise this time around and alot more of it if I can help it. My hubby and I have taken up bike riding and I really enjoy it. Of course our first day out - I did a very graceful dismount and almost killed myself which is when I realized I was going to have to accept my height deficiency and go get a smaller bike. So, we did! And I really love it. It's the right size and believe it or not - PINK! Anyway, hubby and I went out on Saturday for our first ride (4 miles) and we've been doing that ride each day. This weekend we'll kick it up a little higher and then go a week doing that. I really enjoy the rides - especially at night after work. I'm hoping that my very near 'future' plans do not interfere with it, but I'm going to have to make this a priority. I'm going to start looking for bike trails for us to go check out. Just ones for beginners for now, of course, but it'll be fun to check out different areas. Hopefully - adding the exercise will help me kick this weight loss up a notch! I think I counted 17 weeks to the next goal. I'm actually excited!
